Why We Started michaelpazsilverworks s.r.o.

We've watched too many seniors avoid walking tours because they're designed for younger, faster-paced travelers. That's when we decided to change the approach.

Back in 2017, our founder noticed something during a family visit to Telč. The town's Renaissance architecture, quiet lakeside paths, and pedestrian-friendly layout made it perfect for seniors. Yet there weren't guided experiences built specifically for their pace and comfort.

We started small. A handful of friends exploring the town square together. No rushing. Plenty of rest stops. Stories shared between locals and visitors. That's when we realized something: seniors don't just want to see places — they want to understand them, connect with them, and move through them without exhaustion.
